KRABI (Thailand) 1 Sept till 3 Sept 2013

Here are some a little of my throwbacks of Krabi Trip with my mother during Last September in year 2013. It was a short kick trip before ahead to New Zealand working holiday. I always love ocean, beach, sunny wind blow cool but not freeze which are the most attractive place for me.

Krabi indeed, you will get caught with its beautiful exotic sun and perspective enjoyable feel-spree while walking every corner off streets. And that was the time I am thinking to love the country side more. It is much unpolluted place compared to Phuket. There are many transportation linkage within the Thai's south area where travel from Krabi to Phuket by Long Tail or motor boat takes around 2 to 3 hours probably and avoid travel to here during year end (Monsoon).

The main income of this village obviously is from tourism. Services are not the best but there are many places to hang out at night time. And their night as usual is always young. Activities on the sea like kayaking, boat tour to Phi Phi Island x 4 attraction spot are the most common.

Students from the English class were collection their survey data from us.

Here's the welcome from the Hotel booked via online and it was pretty cheap costs on 3D 2N. Travel during the low season always get the cheaper deal. But, be careful with the rainy days. Get ready your rain-prevent-equipment.

Hanwoori Korean Food

Seriously not a huge fan of Korean Food. Having gathering with Silv's Friends at Ampang Korean Village ( as how I call).

Come and go, nothing's huge variety of Korean food unless the Barbeques, side dishes always come with a main order, spicy hot soups. Bimbibap where most of it has no salty taste that I thought.

The meat from the Barbeques are really delicious and moist. And other mains are too plain of taste for me. Bimbibap took most of the time to consume as its huge portion vege rice.

Spicy seafood soup.

Chocolate cake

To ease my super bored day while raining unstoppable outside makes me can't go anywhere. I would just like to take this little experiment that I recently viewed on Facebook page that I do not need any flour to make a cake, instead a skill in it.

I will take this challenge as I ruined it several times and I believe the experience will smooth-en my baking skills.

1. 3 eggs
2. sugar
3. Chocolate blocks or chips.

Without flour..

1. Separate the egg yolks and egg white into different bowls.
2. Ready a bowl of chocolate blocks and chips (I use Hershey chocolate chips and it is super GOOD), melt it under heat (I melt it with hot water heating it)

3. This is the special part. Make sure the egg white (3) and sugar stir constantly and the mixer works well until it presents white in color and firm texture.

3. Chocolate (melted) ready. Add 3 egg yolks together and mix it up

4. Mix both of them into a bowl.

5. Get Ready a mold (Prefer the cupcake molds)

6. Bake it under preheated oven 190 C around 30 minutes. I kept supervising it as my oven does not work really well. And then, you can enjoy your cake then. Yum.

Hakka Noodle and Chicken Skin @ Equine DaZhong大众美食

Eating Chicken skin always may cause disease and sickness while you read some medical article. But eating them occasionally does not count and it is definitely exceptional.

We ordered a small portion of Rojak Rm5 yesterday night but the service was extremely bad and the taste was just too normal for me.

We'll then consider to order a small portion of fried sotong (squid) but they do not have it instead we ordered fried chicken skin lastly.

Still remember I'm a huge fan of chicken skin and I always bought it from the Malay Pasar Malam during my early working days in Klang Valley. Can't resist to the crunchy and oil burst with munchy texture. It costs RM3 and it worth try ever. Yum.

It is very small portion of this Hakka Noodle and it costs RM6 for this set. The pork meat was full of peppery spice and taste normal for the noodle. It does not have the very plain Hakka Taste as I have been tasted Hakka dish before.

The very Wild Life in Australia , Brisbane

The most Amazing thing is to be a backpacker when we were carrying huge heavy baggage all the long way.

Staying in an old smelly caravan. And it was so cold in the night time as it was -4 c.
